Let's Welcome our New Elite Sixteen Leaders!

Happy New Year!  


We wanted to kick off this year of 2012 with a BIG team announcement ... drum roll please ... Join us in welcoming our NEW team leaders Anna of StudioByTheForest and Jillian of JillianReneDecor!!  Yay!  


It's hard to imagine that it's been 6 months already since taking over as the Elite16's new Co-Captains.  We hardly knew each other prior to our new roles, but dove in + began working together almost seamlessly.  Now, we know we compliment one another well + meet on a regular basis to steadily focus on building up the team.    We've got some big ideas that we're slowly shaping the team around as we move forward + we finally felt that the team was ready for new leaders.  In order to grow in 2012 + bring the team to where we envision it, we knew we were going to need some help!


We are so thrilled to be working with both Anna + Jillian - we admire not only their Etsy shops, but their enthusiasm and positive energy.   They will be helping with keeping the team operating smoothly + will be taking over running the blitzes.  You'll also see them right here on the blog!  One of our main goals for this year is to utilize the blog more effectively + we plan to schedule more regular posts.  Anna + Jillian will be sharing some blog posts on behalf of the team on a topic of their choosing each month.  We are really looking forward to working together as a team!
